Meditation is a marvelous way to connect with the divine in you!  A common definition of prayer is "Talking to the Divine"; the corresponding definition of meditation is "Listening to the Divine". Meditation can take a variety of forms, so don't give up if the first few you try are not a good fit for you - just keep looking and the practice that is perfect for you WILL turn up!
