Today’s meditation is of the mindfulness style. I invite you to take a
moment or two to sit quietly, focusing on your breath. Breathe in a
slow, steady, calm rhythm. When your breath is settled, begin to
chant these words silently in rhythm with your breath:
Inhale: God is
Exhale: life
Inhale: God is
Exhale: love
Inhale: God is
Exhale: peace
Inhale: I am
Exhale: life
Inhale: I am
Exhale: love
Inhale: I am
Exhale: peace
Inhale: All is
Exhale: life
Inhale: All is
Exhale: love
Inhale: All is
Exhale: peace
Repeat this three times, then settle into the silence for a few
minutes until you feel the life, love and peace in, through and
as your being, then allow yourself to live as peace this day.
