World Peace Meditation for 1-26-22

Today we access the meditative state through chanting. You may repeat the chant aloud or just mentally, but it is recommended that you focus on your breath as you chant.

Inhale                                       Exhale

The one                                   Life

is God                                       Life,

is my                                         life,

is all                                           life.


Repeat this chant slowly for 15 – 20 minutes, until you hear it in your pulse and feel it in your very center – your being. Through this chant we erase the illusion of separation, so peace is all that remains.
